ANKARA, Oct 16 (PRIME) -- Turkey welcomes Moscow's readiness to agree on a roadmap for the gas hub project in Turkey in the near future and expects to complete the process by the end of the year, a source in the administration of the country's President Recep Tayyip Erdogan told PRIME on Monday.

“We welcome the attitude of our Russian partners to the imminent finalization of the roadmap for this project. We also expect that by the end of the year we will be able to agree on all the details and start implementing the project,” the source said.

On October 14, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak expressed hope that the roadmap on the gas hub in Turkey would be signed in the near future, which would allow the project to move forward.
